Civilizations Project is a trademark of Blue Bosphorus Turizm ve Tanıtım LTD. ŞTİ. All legal responsibilities and contracts related to the event are represented by the legal entity of the Company.

Prices are set per person and are based on accommodation in standard double rooms. Single room or special accommodation requests may be subject to additional charges. Fees may vary depending on the details of the services to be received during the festival.

Payments must be made between the specified dates. Participants who want to benefit from early booking opportunities must complete their payment plans at least 30 days before the festival start date. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or certain digital payment methods.

A 50% refund will be made for cancellations made up to 15 days before the festival. Cancellations made within the last 15 days are considered a NO SHOW and no refund will be made. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Regional trips organized within the scope of the festival are organized by OGZALA Tourism, which has a TÜRSAB A GROUP 2600 license. Extra tours are organized with a minimum of 10 people and are optional. Payments to be made during the tour will be covered separately by the participant.

The project program is organized according to flight times and participants' flight plans. Those who will travel outside the hours specified in the program should not purchase flight tickets without the Company's approval. All liability arising from ticket cancellations belongs to the participant.

The facilities where the participants will stay during the project are hotels that have agreements with the festival, and consist of options such as Hotel Euphrat Nemrut, Tarih Hotel Nemrut, Çeşme Butik, Karadut Pansiyon Nemrut, Işık Pansiyon Nemrut, tent and camping area rentals. Each participant is subject to the reservation and payment conditions of the accommodation type they have chosen.

Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Civilizations Project and the organization team cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items. The costs incurred during the return of found items are the responsibility of the participant.

Civilizations Project reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the project area anyone who violates project rules, threatens other participants, or disrupts the peace of the project.

Participants are responsible for taking care of the facilities and equipment provided in the project area. In case of any damage, this damage will be charged to the participant. Participants should not interfere with the stage and lighting systems and should avoid actions that threaten the safety of the event.

The identity or passport information presented during the festival participation must be accurate. Ticket cancellations, changes and penalties that may arise in case of incorrect information are the responsibility of the participant.

Participants can benefit from additional services such as stage rental, light and sound system rental, DJ performance and art performances during the project. These services are subject to additional fees and must be booked before the project.

Within the scope of the project, invitations and special participations can be provided within a specific influencer program. For such participations, it is necessary to contact Blue Bosphorus Tourism and obtain special approval. Participants invited for the purpose of project promotion are obliged to fulfill their responsibilities throughout the event.

The project offers various collaboration opportunities to sponsors and business partners who want to take part in its ecosystem. For sponsorship packages and in-event advertising opportunities, the festival management must be contacted. All sponsorship agreements are made in writing and the parties' obligations are clearly stated.

Participants are responsible for providing their own health and travel insurance. The Civilizations Project organization is not responsible for any health problems that participants may encounter during their travels.

The project program may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. The right to make changes to the festival is reserved, considering weather conditions, official decisions or organizational difficulties. For cancelled events or tours, the Company will endeavor to provide an alternative program.

Photographs, videos and other media materials taken during the project may be used for promotional purposes. Participants accept that their images may be taken in the festival area and that these materials may be used for promotional purposes.

In all legal disputes, the courts of the place where the Company is located have jurisdiction. Participation in the project means that all provisions in this agreement are accepted by the participant.
